Are you crafty? Do your kids like to do arts and crafts? My daughter loves arts and crafts and I love to see her express her creativity in her artwork. I've also been known to craft up a few things. I like to work with paper crafts such as card making and scrapbooking. I remember when I was younger my mother had us doing crafty projects at home and I think it just grew on me. So when I had my own kids, it was only natural for me to introduce crafting to them. I believe arts and crafts help stimulate and encourage a child's natural creativity and helps open their minds to all sorts of possibilities.
We were sent 3 different Creativity for Kids craft sets. My daughter was so excited when they had arrived that she wanted to get started on them quickly. We received a Gnome Garden kit, Fashion Bracelets kit, and a Deluxe Glitter Art kit.
Fashion Bracelets Kit
The Fashion Bracelets Kit has everything you need to make and decorate 15 bracelets. With a variety of colors, thread, ribbon and embellishments you can create an assortment of unique bracelets. Emma lee had a fun time creating bracelets for herself and her friends. The box says for ages 7 and up but my 4 year old Emma lee didn't have any issues with a little bit of my help.
Gnome Garden Kit
The Gnome Garden Kit includes everything you need to make your very own adorable gnome garden. The kit includes a little gnome home to piece together, mini gnomes, paint to paint the mushrooms and decorate the pot, seeds to grow your own grass and embellishments to decorate with. This was Emma lee's favorite project and she takes much pride in her creation. I think it's because she's able to care for her garden and watch it grow everyday. After we had planted the seeds, within about 3 days we noticed the grass had grown quite a bit.
Deluxe Glitter Art Kit
The Deluxe Glitter Art Kit includes 80+ pieces to help you create sparkling greeting cards, gift tags , trinket boxes and more. Emma lee and I made 3 trinket boxes, a few gift tags and she wrote a few note cards to some of her cousins and friends. She loved piecing everything together and covering it with glitter.
